Shipping & Returns

Please be advised that shipping times are taking longer than expected due to the current COVID19 pandemic. We strongly urge you to select a shipping option that includes tracking.



• If you are interested in a return or exchange, please first send an email to If no email is sent prior to the return, we will not be able to fulfill any refunds.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for us to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days. 

• No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 14 day postmark.


• Merchandize must be returned within 14 days of order date.

• Merchandize must be in original condition (no signs of wear, wash, or alteration).

• Merchandize must have tags attached and in original place.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
